Additional information

When the application is deemed fully qualified, the Business Registration Office will send the notification on issuance of the Enterprise Registration Certificate to the applicant via e-mail or via business registration account of the applicant. Otherwise they will send notification to the the applicant to request modification and supplementation of the application file. It is assumed here that the applicant receives notification on issuance of the Enterprise Registration Certificate.

The applicant is required to submit hardcopy of the application file within 30 days as from the date of notification of the issuance of the Enterprise Registration Certificate. If the Business Registration Office does not receive the hardcopy of the application file, the enterprise's electronic registration application file is no longer valid.
